Due to the personal nature of some of my items (soaps, etc) I do not accept refunds. Please let me know within 7 days of receiving your item (parcels will be tracked) if there is an issue with your order and I will do my best to make it right. Notifications after that time frame will be given due consideration, but the ultimate result will differ from circumstance to circumstance.
